专利摘要:
A press mechanism and method for removing liquid from a traveling fibrous web such as in a paper making machine including first and second elongate extended press nips including an endless looped traveling belt passing over spaced guide rolls with first and second opposed press rolls pressed into the belt to form the extended nips between the press rolls and belt and opposed shoes within the belt pressing outwardly against the press rolls to form the extended nips with the shoes urged against the belt by opposed pistons having a liquid pressure chamber therebetween so that the reaction forces of the fluid on the pistons are cancelled with the web being carried through the nips on felts and following the belt between the nips.

专利说明:

The invention relates to a device for removing liquid from a moving web of fibrous material and is intended for use in papermaking machines of the pulp and paper industry. A press device is known with an elongated pressing zone for extending a liquid from a moving web to a fibrous material, comprising successively arranged a first elongated pressing zone formed between the first driving pressing surface and the first portion of the loop-like belt mounted on the guide rollers and pressed by the first clamping element , made in the form of a shoe with. an elongated surface in sliding contact with the first belt section having the shape of the first pressing surface mounted along the pressing zone; a second elongated pressing zone formed between the second driving press surface and the second section of the loop belt formed by the second pressing element in the form of a shoe with an elongated surface that is in sliding contact with the second belt section, and having the form of a second pressing surface, means for receiving a liquid When displaced from the web in the extrusion zones, the means for transmitting forces to the first and second pressing elements having pistons subjected to the pressure of the liquid from the distribution of the liquid, each of which is pivotally connected to the corresponding main string i. However, the known device does not provide a sufficiently effective effect on the canvas. The purpose of the invention is to increase the effectiveness of the impact on the canvas. The goal is achieved by the fact that in a press device with an extended pressing area for removing liquid from a moving web of fibrous material containing successively located (First elongated pressing area formed between the first driving pressing surface and the first portion of the loop-shaped belt mounted on the guide rollers pressed by the first clamping element, made in the form of a shoe with an elongated surface, containing in sliding contact with the first section of the belt np, having the shape of the first pressing surface, mounted along the pressing zone, the second elongated pressing zone formed between the second driven pressing surface and the second section of the loop-like belt pressed by the second pressing element, made in the form of a shoe with an elongated surface located in a slipper contact with the second belt section, and having the shape of a second pressing surface, means for receiving fluid displaced from the web in the press zones, means for transferring. force on the first and second clamping elements having pistons under pressure of the liquid from the distributor-liquid, each of which is pivotally connected to a COOT-vesting shoe, means for transmitting forces to the first and second pressing-elements are located between the first and second pressing surfaces. The first and second pressing surfaces are made in the form of drums, provided with a drive for their rotation and mounted on parallel axes. The guide rollers are located on both sides of the pressing zones for guiding the belt into and out of the zones. The liquid distributor is designed as a chamber in which the pistons of both shoes are located. In addition, each of the clamping elements has a hollow chamber facing the belt, and means for creating a hydraulic pressure from the fluid distributor to the belt throughout the enlarged area of the belt. FIG. 1 shows the proposed press device, front view; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. Ij in FIG. 3 - device, front view,: option; in fig. 4 is a diagram of the pressing device in FIG. 5 the same, option. . The pressing device comprises successively located first elongated pressing zone, forming another — between the first driving pressing surface 1 and the first section 2 mounted on the Guide rollers 3 and 4 of the loop-like belt 5, pressed by the first pressing element made in the form of a shoe 6 with an elongated surface, being in sliding contact with the first belt section 2, having the shape of the first pressing surface 1, mounted along the pressing zone, the second pressing area is formed between the second driving pressing surface 7 and the second section 8 of the loop-shaped belt 5, pressed by the second pressing element, made in the form of a shoe 9 with an elongated surface, which is in sliding contact with the second section 8 of the belt 5, and having the form of the second pressing surface 7, means 10 and 11 for receiving the liquid displaced from the web g of the pressing zones, means for transmitting forces to the first and second pressing elements, the pistons 12 and 13 | under pressure of the fluid from the distributor 14 of the fluid, each of which
The hinge pin 15 is connected to the corresponding shoe.
The liquid ipacn-separator is designed as a chamber 16 in which the pistons of both shoes are located. Each of the clamping elements has a hollow chamber, respectively, 17 or 18 with means 18 or 20 for creating a hydraulic pressure from the fluid distributor to the belt all over. Research Institute of the increased reduction zone.
The device works as follows, at once.
The wet web of fibrous material coming from the forming zone is compressed during the movement of the material in the first elongated pressing area. The shoe 6 is pressed against a portion of the inner surface of the belt 5, and the water squeezed out of the web of fibrous material passes into the drying web 10. The partially dehydrated web of fibrous material is. The rial is caught by the belt. and comes from the exit portion of the first pressing zone to the second elongated pressing zone. In the second pressing zone, the web of fibrous material is affected by the shoe 9 pressed against the inner surface of the belt 5 located in the second zone. Water is squeezed into the drying sheet 11. The pressing surfaces 1 and 7, which are the drums, press the belt inwards, and the shoes press in the opposite direction under the action of the pistons 12 and 13 moving in the opposite direction, which are affected by the fluid pressure v from Camera 16. Shoe ra: laid. parallel to drive drums 1 and 7, the reaction forces of pistons 12 and 13 are equal and opposite in. direction, because their effect on the structure between the drums is reduced to zero. The reels 1 and 7 MOIVT have the same dimensions, so that their deflection is the same. The most preferred drums. With controlled deflection. In the exit part of the second zone, the web of fibrous material follows the belt, and then is separated from it, after which the web is fed into the drying compartment (fitting 4 and 5),
In the cavities 17 and 18 of the shoes (Fig. 3;), the fluid is under Pressure, so that the belt is exposed to the static pressure of this fluid. Liquid (oil or water) is fed through channels 19 and 20 from the distributor.
Using the device ,. The scheme of which is shown in FIG. 4, the most appropriate in the case of relatively wet canvases.
I; /:. -
The proposed press device due to its design features provides high efficiency of impact on the fabric of the fibrous material and reducing the load on the pressing surface.
